The terms governing your use of H2V Media's website and services
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website h2vmedia.com and any related services, tools, or applications (collectively, the "Services") provided by H2V Media Technology Joint Stock Company ("H2V Media", "we", "us", or "our"). H2V Media operates H2V Ads Manager, an application that uses the Google Ads API to manage advertising campaigns within its own Google Ads manager account. Where our Services interact with Google APIs and Google user data, our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, rent, share, or license advertising data obtained through the Google Ads API. Your use of any Google service through our Services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.
All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of H2V Media or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
The Services may rely on or link to third-party providers (such as Google Fonts, EmailJS, and content delivery networks) and external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
