2. Data Collected Through This Website
The website requires no account registration. Personal data is collected only when you choose to submit the
contact form, and consists of:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The message content you enter
This data is used solely to respond to the request you submitted. We do not use it for marketing, do not
sell it, and do not transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes.
The form is delivered through EmailJS, a third-party email relay provider based in the
United States. Form content passes through EmailJS infrastructure before reaching our inbox.
3. Job Application Data
Candidates submit applications by email as instructed on our Careers page. Applications may contain names,
contact details, education history, and work experience.
- Applications are used only to evaluate candidates for the applied role and comparable roles within the
company.
- Applications are not shared outside the company without the candidate's consent.
- Unsuccessful applications are retained for a maximum of 12 months and then deleted,
unless the candidate requests earlier deletion.
4. Cookies and Third-Party Services
This is a static website. We set no tracking cookies, run no behavioural analytics tools,
and use no advertising tracking code on this site.
The website loads some resources from third-party services. When your browser loads them, your IP address
may be recorded by the respective provider under their own policies:
- Google Fonts — display typefaces
- unpkg — Phosphor Icons icon set
- jsDelivr — the EmailJS JavaScript library
- EmailJS — processing and relaying contact form submissions
5. Advertising Data Accessed via the Google Ads API
H2V Media operates H2V Ads Manager, an application that uses the Google Ads API to manage
advertising campaigns within its own Google Ads manager account. Our data handling principles are as
follows:
- Data is accessed using the company's own manager account (MCC), authenticated via
OAuth 2.0. We do not access any other party's advertising accounts.
- Data serves the management of the company's own advertising campaigns only.
- We do not sell, rent, share, or license advertising data to any third party. The tool
is not sold, not licensed, and provides no API access to anyone outside the company.
- Data is not used to build end-user profiles and is not combined with
personal data from other sources.
- We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use
requirements.
- Data is stored encrypted, access is restricted by role, and data is deleted when no longer needed for
operations.
- Every write operation to an advertising account requires human review and approval
before it is applied. The tool makes no changes automatically without that approval.
6. Legal Basis and Data Subject Rights
We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you actively submit information, and on the basis
of legitimate interest in responding to contact enquiries and recruitment.
Processing complies with Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection of Vietnam. For
data subjects in the European Union, we additionally apply the rights granted under the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
You hold the following rights over your personal data:
- Right to be informed and right of access
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing
- Right to withdraw consent previously given
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
To exercise these rights, please write to contact@h2vmedia.com. We commit to responding
within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
7. Retention Periods
- Contact form data: up to 24 months from the last exchange.
- Job applications: up to 12 months if unsuccessful.
- Advertising data via the Google Ads API: retained for as long as needed to operate and
reconcile campaigns, then deleted.
Data is deleted earlier upon your request, except where law requires us to retain it.
8. Security Measures
- The website is served entirely over encrypted HTTPS connections.
- API credentials (developer token, refresh token) are held in controlled environment variables and are
never committed to source code or code repositories.
- Data access is role-based and granted only to staff with a genuine operational need.
- The contact form includes an anti-automation mechanism to limit spam submissions.
No system is perfectly secure. We apply reasonable measures consistent with industry practice, but cannot
guarantee the elimination of all risk.
